My philosophy or goal in dealing with my clients was shaped very early on, well before I went to law school or even college.  I was raised in a family owned business where I was taught to provide the customers with service.  The lessons I learned back then still apply today in my law practice.  I listen to my clients, I know what their goals are, I make myself accessible to them. 

Costs are almost always an issue for clients.  Because of this, it is crucial to know the clients situation and his or her expectations and explain to them what I believe is a reasonable outcome.  If an agreement cannot be reached that my client can live with, then I have no qualms about taking the matter to trial if necessary.

As stated before, the lessons of honesty, integrity and personal service, taught to me by my parents, still apply today probably more than ever before.  These are my guarantees.   I cannot guarantee an outcome, but I can guarantee that you will receive the benefit of what I have learned.
